If you're an athlete like I am, you need to work out out on a regular basis. It takes motivation, determination, and a desire to keep in shape for whatever sport you play, or your general health.
Here is a chart I found that are some of the reasons you may lack ambition or the desire to push yourself and keep going.

I think people get too tempted by video games, that they consider more fun that working out and keeping in shape. And usually they are the same people that like to live on McDonalds and junk food.
