Subject: Beef - differences Sun Jun 30, 2024 10:26 am
As part of my 4H project with my cows, I also have made posters to display about taking care of cows, and I am making a new one on beef. People probably do not know there is a difference in the types of beef that they buy at a grocery store, compared to if they buy beef from a meat locker store, or a farm. Here are the differences between the types of beef that you buy.

Good post Beckham. We butcher our own meat here, but when I go to the USA for school, no idea where food comes from. This post is really good info and the photos help!
